Michelle qualified as a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist in January 2005 with Resonance Trainings, and has since completed post graduate studies with Paul Vick, Michael Shea and Steve Haines. She has been in practice in her own clinic in Kingston, Canberra, since graduation, and her areas of interest are trauma, chronic pain and anxiety.

Prior to becoming a therapist Michelle spent a number of years involved in different aspects of self-development courses. Initially her motivation was personal, but later she took on a mentoring and leadership role. It was here she discovered her passion for working with people and helping them find their way to heal and grow.

She went on to study Massage Therapy at Om Shanti College in Canberra, and later with Robert Brown at Massage Practice and Training. Then, Touch For Health Kinesiology and Usui Reiki 1 and 2 with Barbara McGregor. She has since also become a practitioner of Healthmarque postural orthotics, and has an Advanced Certificate in Integrated Cupping Therapy, with Bruce Bentley and Health Traditions.

Michelle has been an assistant tutor on the Stillness Trainings Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy course in Sydney, and has also assisted on their introductory courses.

She has had many years involvement with the international accrediting organisation called the Pacific Association of Craniosacral Therapists (PACT) She has been an Executive Committee member for many years and has held the position of Chairperson since 2012.

She is also a member of the Association of Massage Therapists.(AMT)

Michelle is passionate about her work and is committed to her own development both personally and professionally.She is gentle and nurturing, intuitive and respectful, confident and competent, and thoroughly professional in the way she works with her clients.
